After a string of four wins, Wheeling's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of Libertyville by a score of 2-1. While Wheeling didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating Libertyville 25-20 in the first set.

Wheeling started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-20, 25-18.

Wheeling's defeat dropped their record down to 22-13. As for Libertyville, they pushed their record up to 29-4 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Wheeling nor Libertyville have any future games scheduled.
