Baseball Game Preview: North Mecklenburg Vikings vs. Chambers Cougars

For the second straight game, North Mecklenburg will face off against Chambers. The Vikings will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. North Mecklenburg will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.

North Mecklenburg is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Chambers on Tuesday as they made off with a 20-5 win. Considering the Vikings have won six games by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Clark is becoming a predictor of the Vikings' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 1-8 when he doesn't).
