Clinton Christian Academy triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Clara Hyke

Recap: Clinton Christian Academy Patriots vs. Overland Christian Eagle
The Clinton Christian Academy Patriots won against the Overland Christian Eagle last Tuesday with 53 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. Clinton Christian Academy put the hurt on Overland Christian with a sharp 53-32 win. Clinton Christian Academy might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three matchups by 21 points or more this season.
Clara Hyke continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 34 points and 12 rebounds. The game was her ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dakoda Vallentine , who scored four points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Clinton Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 6-3. As for Overland Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clinton Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Fort Scott Christian Heights at 5:30 p.m. on December 19th. Overland Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Center Place at 6:00 p.m. on January 9, 2024. Center Place is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
