Volleyball Recap: Appalachian Christian School Comes Up Short

Appalachian Christian School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Blue Ridge Christian Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Monday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-18, 25-6.

Appalachian Christian School's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Blue Ridge Christian, their victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-2.

Appalachian Christian School has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Cornerstone Christian on the 29th. As for Blue Ridge Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Chelsea Academy on the 29th.
