Football Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

Highland lost against La Salle back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Scots took a 12-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lightning.

Highland's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for La Salle, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Highland will take on Cle Elum-Roslyn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for La Salle, they will square off against Goldendale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lightning will be up against the Timberwolves' rather soft defense (which has allowed 46.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
