On Wednesday, Panther Valley got the W thanks in part to Connor Penberth playing the best basketball he has all season. Penberth almost dropped a double-double on 28 points and nine assists, good enough to set a new career-high in assists in the process.
Penberth and Panther Valley will square off against Minersville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Penberth will face off against Shazier Bethea, the Battlin' Miners' star point guard.
