Baseball Recap: Luling Eagles vs. Randolph Ro-Hawks

Luling lost to Randolph back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ro-Hawks. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Luling saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Uker, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. Giovanni Arredondo also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Luling's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Randolph, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Luling will be taking part in a tournament against Somerset at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Randolph, they will venture away from home to take on Gonzales at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
