Softball Recap: Broadalbin-Perth Takes a Loss

Broadalbin-Perth lost against Queensbury back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Patriots came up short against the Spartans, falling 12-1. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Broadalbin-Perth saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Molly Mariano, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Broadalbin-Perth's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Queensbury, their record now sits at 6-8.

Coming up, Broadalbin-Perth will challenge Schuylerville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Queensbury, they will square off against Glens Falls at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Spartans are facing the Black Bears at the right time seeing as the Black Bears are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
