False River dropped down to 10-5-1 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 15-0 to the Maurepas Wolves. The Gators were red-hot at the plate heading into the contest (they scored no less than ten runs in the three games prior), but the Wolves' pitcher proved too tough.
