Canyon View waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 9-5 win over the Providence Hall Patriots. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 19-5 back in March.
Maisy Brady was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
