Calabasas entered their tilt with Canyon on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Cowboys 10-3. Considering the Coyotes have won seven matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Calabasas pushed their record up to 13-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Canyon, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
