Harvest Christian Academy's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 54-40 win over the Lakewood Presbyterian Knights. The victory continues a trend for the Saints in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won six in a row.

Harvest Christian Academy was led to victory by Logan Harrington and Ryan Colton. Harrington almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds, while Colton posted 20 points and seven boards. Harvest Christian Academy is 3-1 when Colton posts 15 or more points, but 2-4 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Ellison, who scored seven points and three steals.

Harvest Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lakewood Presbyterian only racked up six assists.

Lakewood Presbyterian lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Sean Warren, who had 12 points. Another player making a difference was Steven Montgomery, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten boards.

The win got Harvest Christian Academy back to even at 5-5. As for Lakewood Presbyterian, their loss dropped their record down to 11-11.

Coincidentally, Harvest Christian Academy and Lakewood Presbyterian will both be playing Faith Lutheran the next time they take the court. Harvest Christian Academy will host Faith Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Lakewood Presbyterian will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
