Basketball Recap: St. Charles Wins Going Away Against Mifflin

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but St. Charles had no problem doing just that on Monday. They put the hurt on the Mifflin Punchers with a sharp 56-36 win. The Cardinals not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since January 18th.

Mifflin lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Myles Jarrett, who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Adimalik Omar, who put up five points.

St. Charles' victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Mifflin, their loss dropped their record down to 10-13.

St. Charles didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 78-35 defeat against Westerville North on the 28th. Mifflin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
