After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tyler, the Ranchview Wolves were happy to have found some success on Wednesday. They walked away with a 52-44 victory over Seagoville.
Ranchview's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ashlyn Simpson, who scored 11 points. Those 11 points set a new season-high mark for her. Kennady Watson was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Seagoville's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jai White, who scored 20 points. White scored a full 45.5% of Seagoville's points, the fifth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ahniyah Jackson, who scored 16 points.
Ranchview's win bumped their record up to 6-15. As for Seagoville, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.
