It's playoff time, and Crescent City had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Father Lopez Green Wave with a sharp  16-1 victory on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won nine games by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Caylee Goff made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Goff was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news, Crescent City got a  massive  performance out of  Ayrianna Back, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with three  stolen bases, four  RBI,  and one  run. That's the most  hits  Back has posted  over her last nine  contests. Another player making a difference was  Alyssa Allmon, who  went 1-for-2 with one  home run, two  runs,  and one  stolen base.
Crescent City's win bumped their record up to 10-14. As for Father Lopez, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.
 Looking ahead, Crescent City will challenge Trinity Catholic at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Raiders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Celtics have averaged an impressive 6.6  runs per game this season. Father Lopez does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
