ALA - Queen Creek had won six straight at home, but  on Wednesday they bumped up to 19-8 to make it seven. They blew past the ALA - Gilbert North Eagles 3-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season,  with their most recent  victory being a  3-2  win  back in September.
ALA - Queen Creek was led to victory by  Miley Hakes and  Tatum Riggs.  Hakes  had eight  digs and two  aces, while  Riggs  had seven  kills, four  digs,  and four  aces. Riggs is  on a roll when it comes to  kills, as she's  now  had six or more in each of the last four games she's  played.
 They weren't the only good servers: ALA - Queen Creek  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 14  aces. That's the most  aces they've posted since back in August.
As for ALA - Gilbert North, their defeat  ended  a  three-match streak of away wins  and  brought them to 17-15. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss they have suffered  since September 23, 2024.
