Basketball Recap: Van Buren Comes Up Short

Van Buren and Evergreen squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Van Buren had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Evergreen Vikings by a score of 72-69.

Van Buren's defeat dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Evergreen, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-7.

As of now, neither Van Buren nor Evergreen have any future games scheduled.
