Soccer Recap: Master's Academy Triumphs

Master's Academy's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Calvary Chapel Academy Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in December of 2024.

Collin Bridwell and Phineas Weston scored both of Master's Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Master's Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Calvary Chapel Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Master's Academy didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-1 win against Trinity Christian Academy on the 11th. Calvary Chapel Academy has also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Merritt Island Christian on the 11th.
