The West Bladen Knights will square off against the Landstown Eagles at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. West Bladen is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 66.4 points per game this season.

West Bladen is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Currituck County by a score of 84-76 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for West Bladen.

West Bladen's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson Pait, who posted 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kendell Lessane, who scored 21 points.

Meanwhile, Landstown got the win against Tallwood on Friday by a conclusive 74-50. The Eagles pushed the score to 57-31 by the end of the third, a deficit the Lions cut but never quite recovered from.

West Bladen better focus on containing Damien Robinson and Rashad Shaw as the pair were huge in Landstown's win. Robinson went 12-for-15 to rack up 28 points, while Shaw shot 75% from the field on his way to 16 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. Those 28 points gave Robinson a new career-high. Josiah Law was another key player, putting up 11 points.

West Bladen's record now sits at 4-1. As for Landstown, their record is now 2-0.
