Volleyball Game Preview: Brandon Bulldogs vs. Biloxi Indians

The Brandon Bulldogs will square off against the Biloxi Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brandon will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Germantown came into Thursday's contest looking for another win against Brandon, but Lynnon Rhodes wouldn't allow it. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Mavericks by a score of 3-1 on Thursday with plenty of help from Rhodes, who had 34 digs and one assist. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Brandon had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 25-17, 25-14, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Biloxi earned a 3-1 win over Long Beach on Thursday.

Brandon's victory bumped their record up to 28-8. As for Biloxi, their win bumped their record up to 20-9.

Brandon took their victory against Biloxi when the teams last played back in October of 2020 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Indians turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
