Volleyball Recap: Weber Snags Ninth Victory in Last 11 Games

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Weber had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Westlake Thunder. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Weber found their leader in sophomore Halee Zabriskie, who had eight digs and four aces. Those four aces set a new season-high mark for Zabriskie.

Weber is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-11 record this season. As for Westlake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-23.

As of now, neither Weber nor the Thunder have any future games scheduled.
