Basketball Recap: Sherman Skates Past Fredonia with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sherman). They took their match on Saturday with ease, bagging a 58-26 win over the Fredonia Hillbillies. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 32 points or more this season.

The victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.5 points per game. As for Fredonia, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Sherman will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Brocton at 5:00 p.m. on January 14th.
