The top two teams in the country proved they are in their own class.

No. 1 Bishop Gorman dominated on defense and snapped Kahuku's 18-game winning streak with a 35-7 win to extend its own streak to 43, currently the fourth-longest active win streak among all 11-man football teams.

Then Kellen Mond showed why he is one of the best quarterbacks in the country with another big-time performance against Washington D.C. power St. John's, leading IMG Academy to a 35-14 win. The 2017 Texas A&M commit finished with 189 yards passing and 77 yards rushing to go with four total touchdowns.

Four of the top 25 teams went down this week, as East (Salt Lake City) gave De La Salle it's first loss at its home field since 2008 with a 23-21 victory, as Matt Barker connected on his third field goal of the night with one second left.

The other big upset of the weekend was led by 4-star athlete Derion Kendrick and South Pointe (Rock Hill, S.C.), as they took down No. 10 Mallard Creek with a 17-6 win, becoming the first unranked team to beat two Xcellent 25 teams this year.
