Soccer Game Preview: Hialeah Gardens vs. Hialeah

The Hialeah Gardens Gladiators will face off against the Hialeah Thoroughbreds at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hialeah took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Hialeah Gardens, who comes in off a win.

Hialeah Gardens took a four-goal loss the last time they faced off against American, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Gladiators won by a goal and slipped past the Patriots 2-1. The game was the first time Hialeah Gardens have beaten American on their pitch since December 18, 2017.

Meanwhile, Hialeah came up short against North Miami on Thursday and fell 4-2. Hialeah haven't had much luck with North Miami recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Hialeah Gardens' win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Hialeah, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1.

Hialeah Gardens beat Hialeah 4-2 in their previous meeting back in November. Will the Gladiators repeat their success, or do the Thoroughbreds have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
