Basketball Recap: Agape Christian Gets the Win

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Agape Christian walked away with it. They managed a 42-37 victory over the Marquette Manor Baptist Academy Minutemen on Friday. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Minutemen, too.

Marquette Manor Baptist Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zack Csorba, who posted 16 points. The matchup was Csorba's sixth in a row with at least 16 points. Michael Clark was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Agape Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-14. As for Marquette Manor Baptist Academy, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-7.

Agape Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Marquette Manor Baptist Academy, they have already played their next contest, a 66-39 victory against Lake County Baptist on the 1st.
