Soccer Recap: Homestead's Winning Streak Snapped at Five Games + How To Watch

Homestead and DeForest squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Homestead had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Norskies by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against DeForest this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Homestead's goal came courtesy of Braedyn Frahm, who's now up to three this season.

With the loss, Homestead broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-15. As for DeForest, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-1-4 record this season.
