Volleyball Recap: Park Vista Comes Up Short

Park Vista was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wellington Wolverines. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Park Vista took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-19, 21-25, 25-22, 15-10.

Park Vista's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Wellington, their record now sits at 6-11.

Park Vista wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Royal Palm Beach on the 2nd. As for Wellington, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Lake Worth on the 2nd.
