Volleyball Recap: Paige Schlagenhaft and Natalie Delany Secure Win for Marshfield + How To Watch

Marshfield won the last time they faced Wausau West and things went their way on Thursday too. The Tigers walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Warriors.

Marshfield got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 30-32, 25-20, 25-18.

Leading Marshfield to victory were Natalie Delany and Paige Schlagenhaft. Delany had 28 assists and nine digs, while Schlagenhaft had 15 digs and two aces. Those 28 assists gave Delany a new career-high.

Marshfield's record now sits at 25-14. As for Wausau West, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Marshfield and Superior will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wausau West, they will face off against Newman Catholic at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
