The South Dade Buccaneers will square off against the Coral Gables Cavaliers at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. South Dade is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4 goals per game this season.

South Dade proved they can win big on Friday (they won by eight) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past Varela 2-1.

Samuel Dominguez and Gabriel Robles scored both of South Dade's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Coral Gables, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Edison a 7-0 shutout on Monday. Considering Coral Gables' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

The win got Coral Gables back to even at 2-2-1. As for South Dade, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0-1.

South Dade was able to grind out a solid win over Coral Gables in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, winning 2-0. Do the Buccaneers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cavaliers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
