Pine Grove benefitted from Shinall in 12-0 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Gehrig Shinall stepped things up a notch to give Pine Grove the 'W'. Shinall did his part (and then some), going 3-for-4 with six RBI and two doubles for the 'W'.
Shinall's strong effort led Pine Grove over Houlka and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled on Saturday. Pine Grove is 3-0 against Houlka going back to April of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
