Soccer Game Preview: Providence Hall vs. South Summit

The Providence Hall Patriots will take on the South Summit Wildcats at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Providence Hall's offense. They lost 5-0 to Granger on Wednesday. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, South Summit kept a clean sheet against American Prep WV on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Eagles. That's two games straight that the Wildcats have won by just one goal.

The victory got South Summit back to even at 2-2. As for Providence Hall, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
