Basketball Recap: Five Straight Home Wins for Pittsville

There's no place like home for Pittsville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 56-41 victory over the Adams-Friendship Green Devils on Tuesday.

Pittsville pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.4 points. As for Adams-Friendship, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3.

Pittsville and Adams-Friendship should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Wisconsin Rankings. Pittsville (ranked 117th) will meet Merrill (ranked 335th) at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Adams-Friendship will square off against Wautoma at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday up 207 places (199 vs. 406).
