Soccer Recap: Clint Comes Up Short

Clint managed to keep up with San Elizario until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Clint Lions came up short against the San Elizario Eagles, falling 4-0. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Clint now has a losing record at 1-2. As for San Elizario, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clint will challenge Riverside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverside's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. San Elizario has already played their next contest (against Irvin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
