Basketball Recap: Gig Harbor Takes a Loss

Gig Harbor suffered their biggest loss since December 2, 2024 on Friday. They were beaten by the Monroe Bearcats 62-33. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Tides' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Gig Harbor's defeat dropped their record down to 17-12. As for Monroe, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Gig Harbor nor Monroe have any future games scheduled.
