Gregori and Enochs are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2019, but not for long. The Jaguars will be playing at home against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Thursday, Gregori came up short against Downey and fell 3-1. The Jaguars have struggled against the Knights recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

While Gregori had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 18-25, 25-23, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Enochs came into Thursday's matchup having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against Modesto on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Eagles not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 10th (when they won 3-0).

Enochs not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Modesto between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17, 25-15.

Enochs' win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 3-12. As for Gregori, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-12.

Gregori came out on top in a nail-biter against Enochs in their previous matchup back in September, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Jaguars repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
