Softball Game Preview: Luling Eagles vs. Karnes City Badgers

The Luling Eagles will take on the Karnes City Badgers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Karnes City took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Luling, who comes in off a win.

Luling will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any runs on Tuesday, then bounced right back against Stockdale on Friday. The Eagles put the hurt on the Brahmas with a sharp 14-6 win. Considering the Eagles have won ten matches by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Nedeyin Magallanez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Magallanez was also big at the plate, going 1-for-6 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
