Soccer Recap: Alleghany Comes Up Short

After soaring to six goals the game before, Alleghany was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They came up short against the Radford Bobcats, falling 6-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Radford this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in April.

Alleghany's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Radford, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Coincidentally, Alleghany and Radford will both be playing Glenvar the next time they take the pitch. The Bobcats will head out to face the Highlanders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Cougars will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
