Cameron Andruzzi Game Report: @ Flour Bluff

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Cameron Andruzzi: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also picked up 22 receiving yards, but sadly Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial still had to take a 31-20 loss at the hands of Flour Bluff. We hope Andruzzi's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Andruzzi and Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial will challenge Vela at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Andruzzi's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Eagles' six-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Andruzzi and the Eagles surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Friday's match.
