Basketball Recap: Duke Takes a Loss

Duke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost to the Blair Broncos at home by a 61-44 margin. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Broncos apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Duke's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Blair, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Duke will welcome Tipton at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Blair, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Cement at 6:30 p.m. on January 17th.
