Imlay City waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Yale Bulldogs by a score of 7-4. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Imlay City's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Yale, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

Coming up, Imlay City will challenge Our Lady of the Lakes at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Spartans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lakers have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season. As for Yale, they are taking a road trip to take on Regina at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
