Berkeley came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Dublin Gaels by a score of 2-0. For the Yellowjackets, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Gaels walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2019.

Osby Judd-Wade paced Berkeley's offense, picking up five kills. Judd-Wade got some help from Stella Chen-McDermott and her eight assists. Chen-McDermott was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Berkeley's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Dublin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-16.

Berkeley has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Washington on the 11th. As for Dublin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against St. Patrick-St. Vincent on the 11th.
