Softball Recap: Valley Lutheran Takes a Loss

Valley Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 23-2 to the Rogers City Hurons.

Valley Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Rogers City, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Valley Lutheran and Rogers City will both be playing Tawas Area the next time they take the field. The Hurons will head out to face the Braves at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Chargers will play them later in the day, at 8:30 p.m.
