Soccer Recap: Stevenson Gets the Win + How To Watch

Stevenson's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Cary-Grove Trojans. That's two games straight that Stevenson have won by exactly two goals.

Stevenson has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two contests. As for Cary-Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Stevenson wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against St. Patrick on the 30th. As for Cary-Grove, they will be taking part in a tournament against Grant Community at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
