Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Westville). They blew past the River Forest Ingots 9-1 on Wednesday. Westville haven't had any issues with River Forest recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Westville's offense was hitting River Forest from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Ava Fenters led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Westville's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for River Forest, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westville will head out to face off against Culver Community at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Westville's defense better be ready for this one: Culver Community have averaged an impressive 3.9 goals per game this season. As for River Forest, they will venture away from home to challenge Oregon-Davis at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
