East View and Georgetown are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2020, but likely not for long. The East View Patriots will be playing in front of their home fans against the Georgetown Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. East View will be strutting in after a victory while Georgetown will be coming in after a loss.

East View is headed into the game having not lost since January 11 and will look to keep things rolling. They put the hurt on Weiss with a sharp 5-1 win on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Patriots needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

They hit Weiss with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Eymard Diaz (2), Javier Torres, Damian Cantu, and Aldo Treto.

Meanwhile, Georgetown didn't have quite enough to beat Pflugerville Connally on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

East View has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those six games. As for Georgetown, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

East View beat Georgetown by a goal when the teams last played back in January, winning 2-1. Does East View have another victory up their sleeve, or will Georgetown turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
