Football Recap: Brookline Comes Up Short

The Brookline Warriors ended up a good deal behind the Acton-Boxborough Revolution on Friday and lost 22-6.

Brookline dropped their record down to 1-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Acton-Boxborough, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brookline will head out to challenge Newton South at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Acton-Boxborough, they will square off against Lexington at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
