Soccer Game Preview: Chaparral vs. Mountain View + Official Tickets

Chaparral has won four straight games at home, while Mountain View has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Thursday. The Firebirds will host the Toros at 6:00 p.m. Chaparral is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.5 goals per game this season.

Chaparral's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Mica Mountain. Give Chaparral's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Dylan Hinske and Dylan Beede scored both of Chaparral's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 24 goals.

Meanwhile, Mountain View narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Saguaro 1-0.

Mountain View's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Chaparral, their victory bumped their record up to 17-2-3.
