Basketball Recap: Roundup Takes a Loss

Roundup was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 74-33 loss at the hands of the St. Labre Indian Catholic Braves. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 77-27 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Roundup's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for St. Labre Indian Catholic, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Roundup Panthers face off against the Columbus Cougars at 5:30 p.m. on February 8th. St. Labre Indian Catholic has already played their next game, a 69-66 loss against Lame Deer on the 4th.
