Football Recap: Make It Three in a Row for North Cobb Christian + How To Watch

North Cobb Christian won the last time they faced Coahulla Creek and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles strolled past the Colts with points to spare, taking the game 38-24. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 137th, while the Colts are ranked 303rd) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cooper Bazarsky went supernova, rushing for 150 yards and a pair of TDs, while also picking up 31 receiving yards.

North Cobb Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jaden Batista and Bryson Vickery.

Coahulla Creek's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Tyler Douglas, who gained 130 total yards and two touchdowns, and Waelyn Baliles, who rushed for 69 yards and one score.

The victory was the third in a row for North Cobb Christian, bringing their record up to 3-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 40.0 points this season. As for Coahulla Creek, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coincidentally, North Cobb Christian and Coahulla Creek will both be playing Sonoraville the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Phoenix at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Colts will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on the 12th.
