Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Lutheran Cougars vs. Columbus East Olympians

The Trinity Lutheran Cougars will challenge the Columbus East Olympians at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

On Saturday, everything came up roses for Trinity Lutheran against Southwestern as the squad secured a 72-15 victory. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Columbus East). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat South Decatur 60-29. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 32-11.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Trinity Lutheran, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
